- We provide a fully-working test phone # so you can try Dymos to see if it would fit your restaurant’s needs.
- When you call, all interactions take place with a cloud-hosted test environment. No real orders will be processed and you will not be asked for any personal information.
- The table below lists 10 scenarios – one per phone call / order.
- We also use these scenarios for an ongoing internal test program that we use to assess current Dymos accuracy (order call completion rate).
- For comparison with industry standards, the latest trends indicate that AI voice ordering at restaurants must achieve an 86% completion rate to be considered successful.
- Completion rate is usually defined as the percentage of orders that the AI can complete unassisted – i.e. orders for which the customer neither hung up on the call, nor asked to speak to an agent/person.
